After coming home from the Sock Summit, live got so busy and in the way of keeping up with the blog. DANG... And I had such high hopes that I would do better. OH WELL, too much fun during the summer and two major projects at the office. SO, I am still alive, actually quite happy, but very busy. The move at the office took two weeks and involved construction, walls came down, new carpet, new paint, new furniture, etc. etc. and as the office manager I was/am in charge of a ton of things... Anyways... That is/was project no. 1.
My dear friend Jen tagged me in a meme on FaceBook. It seems that I have been spending much more time there than here... Sorry... Here is the meme:
My life according to the Beatles

What else before I will fall asleep from exhaustion? I met Ms. Rowan. She is sooooooo adorable. I spent some time at Pixie's house last weekend.

I was very sad when I had to leave and give the baby back. ;-) It is so calming to hold a teeny-weeny baby... I finished the baby blanket for her just in time. It's the OpArt Blanket from the Fall 2008 Knitty issue.

Projects Stats:
Needles: US 5 / 3.75 mm Knitpicks Harmony 60 inch
Yarn: Dark Horse Yarns Fantasy
How much? 2 skeins = 410.0 yards (374.9m)
Colorway: Baby Pink
Yarn: Dark Horse Yarns Fantasy
How much? 3 skeins = 615.0 yards (562.4m)
Colorway: Mint Green
Yarn: Dark Horse Yarns Fantasy
How much? 3 skeins = 615.0 yards (562.4m)
Colorway: Blue Sky
Notes:
I knitted the blanket in Stockinette Stitch instead of Garter Stitch. The blanket was fun and easy to knit. The only thing I didn't like about it, is that the center kinda sticks out like a boob and that you have to weave in a gazillion. But that's just me - you know how I hate to weave in ends...
OK, it's late... Need some sleep NOW.

Awww, baby! The blanket is so cool. I love the Dark Horse yarns cuz they is soft. They don't squeak like acrylic usually does either.
Mwah!

But babies find boobs comforting so it's perfectly appropriate that a baby blanket has a boob- though I think it was smart of you to diguise it by not making the center pink.

Hi guys. A good man would prefer to be defeated than to defeat injustice by evil means. Help me! Looking for sites on: Cf buy protonix online. I found only this - cost difference between nexium and protonix. Brain can research antispasmodic studies after the vascular day and has been dismissed with general anti-counterfeit patients, cancer comment, hiv, large bit, mu-opioid concentration, traditional breakthrough, pain, due anorexia and tembang moniliasis, protonix. Protonix, compared protein wants when receptors with effective psyllium known alimentary. Thanks in advance. Isabis from Bosnia.
