What a change of scenery. ;-)
After a busy weekend in the Big Apple, I arrived safe and sound in my home town, Garmisch-Partenkirchen.
This is the view I have every time I arrive in my home town. And that view makes me feel very calm and safe. I have seen it a gazillion times and it is always breathtaking, even when the weather is not nice. And finally, it is cold! YAY - when I arrived in Munich the temperature was in the 50s. It seems the "hot & humid" curse is broken.
