Finally... Don't get me wrong, I love my family, but it's nice to spend some quiet time with your own husband.
We escaped to drive to a very pretty castle in the mountains called Schloss Linderhof, one the castles of the famous King Ludwig. Here are some pictures - and maybe you can understand why Bavarians are still charmed by the Fairytale King and his crazy ideas:

And you can walk all over the castle grounds without paying admission. Nice, huh?

Last time I was there it was all under snow. It's so much prettier like this. I love all of his castles. Go figure.

Germany is so beautiful! One minute you are in a futuristic building and the next you are dodging sheep on the road. Perhaps you should carry some clippers with you!
You would be proud of me. The two girls I taught to knit at work are onto their third project and now I am teaching two more girls to knit. I love seeing how excited they get as they see their project progressing. Now I understand why you always made time out of your busy schedule to teach others to knit.
Miss you girl!!!!
