OK - another yarn that I like to knit with is cotton:
cotton yarn (noun) - das Baumwollgarn
I bought a really cool blend at SAFF. It's called "Cotton & EcoSpun" from Little Barn. It's made from organic cotton and recycled soda bottles. It's my favorite yarn for making dishcloths - I guess the plastic makes it a bit scratchy, and that's why those dishcloths clean up pans really well.

I didn't see these guys at SAFF. Were they in the main arena, or out in the barn? Damn! I wanted some of this stuff. :)

I meant to stop by that booth and kept forgetting. I ended up ordering it online when I got home.
