KNITTING WITHOUT DOG HAIR IS NOT AN OPTION

So, after one year of Blogger - my first entry was on January 23, 2006 at 10:32am - I thought it would be a good time to move on. I learned quite a bit, I have to say. But recently there were just too many hassles and too many complaints, especially since the new Blogger went live. I couldn't stand the thought of setting up yet another email account and internet ID with Google to be able to maintain my blog over there.

So here I am. It's not perfect yet - I am still getting used to the new look-and-feel of the Movable Type Publishing Platform. But I feel confident enough to share my new domain with you. So, welcome! And in case you still want to ready some of the old entries - you can find them here.

Somehow I thought I had started the blog on January 26 and that's why I wanted to have that whole "yay - hooray - here is my new castle" thing today... Anyway, I will slowly move all the entries over to have a complete blog in one spot. Sure sounds like I don't trust the free stuff, hm-m-m?

One of these days I will have all of my free patterns written up and published somewhere to right side (one of the New Year Knitting resolutions...). Maybe I should just have a category on the sidebar that is a To-Do List. I also want to create a FO list, and, and, and...

BTW - Cirque Du Soleil was wonderful. We got home around midnight and I am dead tired today. I am getting old... And I am ready for the weekend!
